Unfortunately, in this situation the seller did not accept this client's offer as there were several other offers well above his and the seller made the decision to accept a significantly higher offer. Dual Agency does not mean that we forsake the seller in a transaction for the purpose of getting both sides of a commission. We need to deal fairly with both clients (buyer and seller) and let the seller make that final decision. We wish this client the very best in his property search. It's a crazy market right now in Tucson and most homes in this price range are selling above asking price with multiple offers.
